 I think they ARE.  I've heard that a Filter Pack (include the much
adored but rarely scene CellLock (not look, LOCK) anime-looking filter)
is going to be sold seperate from NewTek for LW 4.0 (re: NOT included
with 4.0).  Wonder what else they've got up there sleves...?
